POSTERS, DEMONSTRATIONS (POMMADES)
The program specifies sessions POMMADES associated with each contribution. The booklet_eng gives the POMADES location.
Papers are numbered.
It is required to be present on their booth:
Even numbers: Monday session 16.00-17.30
Odd numbers: Tuesday session 10.30-12.30
Other sessions are at the discretion of the authors
For POMMADES, contributors will have at their disposal:
◾ A panel may receive a poster (A0) or be required to display any video projection,
◾ 1 table (50x130 cm), chair,
◾ An electrical access 16 A,
◾ wifi access via Eduoram, easily available to users within their institution.
For specific purposes (electric power, workshop organization individuals, additional tables, others ...) please contact the local organizing team.
For virtual POMMADES, please have the means media allows you to realize the actions described in your contribution (computer, big screen, video projector), it would be difficult to mobilize enough of our own of this type, and the difficulties of implementation of your applications inevitably arise.
